What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and level of customization — fully custom cabinets (new tooling, custom finish) typically start higher than orders using our existing shells with your branding. Tell us your target quantity and we'll confirm the exact tier for your product.
Can you manufacture under our own brand (private label / OEM)?
Yes. Private-label and OEM manufacturing is the majority of our business — we remove any factory branding, apply your logo (engraving, foil stamp, or printed insert), and can match your packaging and inserts to your brand guidelines.
Do you offer ODM services, or only build designs we already have?
Both. If you already have drawings or a reference sample, we quote and build to that spec (OEM). If you're starting from a concept or price target, our in-house design team produces 3D renders and 2D technical drawings — typically turned around in as fast as 8 hours for a first draft. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, a physical pre-production sample is a standard step in our process so you can confirm finish, fit and motor performance before tooling for full production. Contact us with your product spec for sample cost and lead time.
What is your standard lead time for production?
Sampling typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on complexity; bulk production lead time depends on order size and current factory load. We'll give you a firm date once your sample is approved and your quantity is confirmed.
What certifications do your watch winders carry?
Our motor and electronic components are built to meet CE, RoHS and UL requirements for the EU, UK and US markets, with compliance documentation prepared for your import process. Tell us your target market and we'll confirm exactly which certificates apply to your product.
What materials and finishes can you offer?
Piano lacquer, matte and textured wood veneer, aluminium, carbon fiber-look panels, genuine leather, PU leather, and interior linings in velvet, suede or microfiber — all combinable across our watch winder, watch box, watch stand and travel case lines.
Can you customize the winder's rotation settings?
Yes — rotation direction (clockwise / counter-clockwise / bidirectional), turns-per-day (TPD) presets, and timer/rest modes are all configurable at the motor and firmware level for multi-slot cabinets.
What payment methods and terms do you accept?
We work with standard international trade payment methods and terms; specifics depend on order size and whether it's a new or repeat relationship. Our team will confirm exact terms when you request a quote.
Do you sign NDAs and protect our product designs?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs with brand partners before reviewing proprietary designs, and treat all customer drawings, renders and specifications as confidential.
Can we visit your factory or arrange a third-party audit?
Yes — factory visits and third-party quality audits (by your own inspector or a service like SGS/Bureau Veritas) can be arranged. This is standard practice for our long-term OEM partners.
What happens if we receive defective units?
Every order goes through in-line and pre-shipment quality inspection against your approved sample. If a defect is still found after delivery, contact us with photos and your order reference and we'll work out a replacement or credit.
Do you handle export documentation and shipping?
Yes — we prepare export packing and documentation and coordinate freight to your port or 3PL. Let us know your preferred shipping method (sea, air, express) and destination when you request a quote.
How do I start a project with you?
